WTS can arrange for certain coordinated US legal services to be provided through the cooperating US law firm, WTS Neuenhaus Helverson LLP (WTS NH). WTS NH is an independent law firm staffed by practicing attorneys. Services provided by WTS NH include: (i) the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, (ii) the formation, organization and maintenance of US legal entities, (iii) the representation of purchasers and sellers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, (iv) legal and regulatory due diligence, and (v) the representation of taxpayers before US federal and state courts. Any such services would be provided through a separate engagement agreement.
